Class online meeting times  are mandatory to receive a Foundation training certificate (in between each meeting there is around 3-4 hours total of video lectures to watch). There are also 5 mandatory class assignments for submission as we progress through the training lessons.

The BG3 Pendulum is based on the energy-quality of the number 16 (the basis of the Golden Proportion used in architecture throughout history). It works through resonance of number with the BG3 energy quality, and this makes it very easy to use.
